An integrative approach to a full body massage was cultivated through years of connecting body mind spirit through energetic movement, manual muscle energy release, and intuitive energy work. Touch is a powerful medicine as the human connection is a way to lower blood pressure and release anxiety immediately. The body stores memories in the muscles and creates patterns of contractions that can be addressed. Bodywork is a way to bring safe touch and connection. The use of sound is incorporated as a way to allow the mind to release the chatter and come into a meditative nervous system pause. The blockages and patterns are able to dissolve and you are able to feel a deeper relaxation. My sessions include: Shamanic Reiki, Cupping, Hot stones, Liver and Abdominal massage with Castor Oil packs, Deep Tissue, Thai Yoga table stretches, reflexology, cranial sacral holds, repetitive use injury specific treatment and sound therapy for nervous system reset. I also do prenatal and postnatal massage.

Sessions are 60, 90 or 120 minutes.

My love for yoga began 17 years ago as I was suffering from panic attacks and anxiety. Learning how to move my body in a way that became a moving meditation, changed my life. Movement is integral part of learning how to release trauma and connecting the breath to bring a state of centeredness. I teach a form of movement called Prana (BREATH) Flow which is a creative liberating movement practice to explore one breath per movement and honoring the discipline of self exploration, through intuitively listening to what the body is telling you. Through movement and breath we connect in union the mind body spirit. Breathwork is vital to helping clear blockages in the body. Often times I will guide just the breath in class while teaching a moving mediation through waves. Somatic movement practices help regulate the nervous system bring balance into the moment.

As I began to explore the modalities of healing arts, music was always an important part of the session. I started incorporating bowls and drumming for clearing energy, balancing and calming the nervous system. I have a collection of Japanese rin gongs, Tibetan bowls, Buffalo drum, koshi chimes and ocean drum to help facilitate a journey through the session. Frequency and vibration medicine is an ancient way of shifting stagnation and releasing the blockages in the body. Therefore assisting the body to heal naturally. I continue to learn new ways of integrating sound, frequency and vibration into my sessions and teaching. I also create various types of playlists that are located on my public Spotify (located in the top of this webpage) to share with those who resonate.

In 2012, I went to my first yoga retreat and realized that it was incredibly powerful to choose healing in a group setting. We share in community and dive into introspection. I’ve traveled all over the world for teacher trainings and retreats and absolutely love hosting and bringing a constellation together for deeper immersive practice. We will come together to facilitate healing by learning daily tools to bring into your wellness plan. There is always nonjudgmental space for you to receive healing bodywork, meditative practices, mindfulness, sound healing sessions, movement activities including yoga, hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking and surfing depending on location.

I enjoy bringing parent/child retreats together to help bond and bring wellness tools into the family practice. I find it incredibly powerful to share with your children. ( ALL ARE WELCOMED)

I found that often times I would be in a coaching practice with clients and decided to attend Duke Integrative Medicine health coaching program in 2017. This is a mind body spirit coaching program that helps you bring your own intuitive awareness into your healing journey. I love helping clients feel empowered in their bodies and lives by knowing how their body is storing stories of subconscious memories and trauma in the tissues as well as unconscious patterns of habits that slow down the ability to self heal. By bringing forth the unconscious to the conscious mind, we can make changes from a lifestyle of cycles to a lifestyle that feels more balanced and joyful. Packages starting at 3 month intervals. Many times I will refer other wellness professionals and their scope of practice to bring a well rounded approach of a wellness lifestyle. Herbalist, Plant Medicine, Acupuncture, Sound Therapy, Holistic Nutritionist, Functional Medicine, Chiropractor, and Naturopaths who are knowledgeable of healing mind body spirit naturally.

Wellness coaching is a tool of remembrance of our inner power to create the life that we truly deserve. It’s helpful to have a support system and guide to break patterns of behaviors that sabotage our lives. I create individualized plans to help bring forth lifestyle goals. Inner child work is imperative to this process. By bringing reconnection to the quantum healing process we can remap our pathway.
